Cristal's journey is rooted in her deep love for community and empowering women. Overcoming her own struggles with mental health and feelings of unworthiness, she sought healing through a combination of therapy, personal growth retreats, and connection with like-minded individuals. In 2019, her transformational journey led her to discover the power of vulnerability and inner healing. This vision culminated in 2023 with the launch of Unfiltered Together, a safe space for women to embrace authenticity and reclaim their self-worth. Cristal now empowers others through coaching and retreats, teaching that vulnerability can be a superpower and that no one should walk their journey alone.

"Forget the Filter" and Unfilter with Crystal! An absolutely incredible Saturday journey that my soul oh so needed and absorbed aside women who had and were going through.
